The Effect of Friendship and Networking
I wanted to share a real positive aspect of this week. I attended a network event this week in Carmathenshire and met people such as Elizabeth from Bryngweny Farm, Jeanne from Fantastic Women, Sue from S&L Productions, Juliet Fay, Loraine from Kid Me Not, Sue Berry from Enabling
Work, Heather Gorringe from WigglyWigglers and Elizabeth from Llety Cynin.
I often talk on this blog of the need to get out and meet other people, the need to talk to other people to bring you through the depths of loneliness and despair. Friendship is so important during the grief process, reaching out to other people is important in helping your heart to recover from the pain of the loss.
It is so easy to sit at home, to hide away from the world but this week has shown me that as human beings we need to push ourselves out, we need to interact with positive people, we need to rejoin society to start rebuilding our lives.
I share the thoughts I have on the pain but today I wanted to share that I am living proof that if you do make that effort then you can start moving forward to a brighter future.
