Memories and Moments - A time for Thanks and Giving
As we enter the family season it can be extremely hard to cope with the grief. For me, the solution is in the word…
Pay thanks for the family around you, that love you and help you through this time. Pay thanks for having loved which is a wonderful experience. Pay thanks for the memories that you treasure in your mind.![]()
Give love - remember the more you give away the more you will receive. Give time to allow the family to remember the people who are no longer here. Give yourself credit for coping with grief, and know that every day that goes by you are getting a little stronger.
Remembering THANKS and GIVING will be honouring your loved one.

I will be praying with a recent widow in two days. I believe this information will be most helpful to encourage the one grieving. It is so good to give thanks and praise God, especially when we are suffering, because HE is the ONE who holds us and helps us through it all. He is the God of restoration. Thinking of others gets our mind off of ourselves.
