Making it a Good Friday
It is a public holiday in the UK. It is the start of Easter and families are flocking for family days out. This can be the kind of day that is the hardest to cope with so I thought I would share my way of coping.
ENJOY the sight of others in love. Let go of the envy and revel that others are feeling what you have felt.
ARRANGE a barbecue or some other event that you host and invite family or friends or
SEE if you can join in with family or friends day and surround yourself with laughing.
THINK of a way of showing some love to others today. You may be by yourself but reach out to someone who needs your help.
EXPECT some pain, that is OK. Pain means that you are still feeling which is a good thing. Instead of feeling the pain, try and welcome the fact that you are human and that feeling means you are alive
RELAX in a nice hot bath at the end of the day and smile that you have coped….well done you.
