Feel the Pain but Remember the Gain

When we suffer loss, the hurt is real. I think it is also important to remember the gain that you have had in your life.

  1. Be sad for the loss, but be happy for having had them in your life even for a short time.
  2. Feel the hurt but also remember the happy times that you experienced.
  3. Recognise the world’s loss, but recognise the contribution they made while they were alive.
  4. Be sad for the loss of future memories but hold dear the memories of the past.
  5. Be sad for a while but know that life will bring joy again.
  6. Be sad for the love lost but feel lucky for having loved.

I hope this helps you, loss is hard but never forget the great gains that a person has brought to your life.
