Building my self-esteem in 2007
I wrote earlier that I know that I have let myself go from a weight and a fitness front. Though I laugh about it to family
and friends it does bother me and my self esteem has lowered. I want to get back into shape but energy and motivation is low. I used to have a reason to look good but now well…does it really matter?
Then a friend that I have got to know through blogging suggested that we dieted together and to write about our diet on a blog….what a fantastic idea! Publicly declaring my intention will give me just the motivation that I need.
Grief really hits hard at your mental energy, and the phrase “can’t be bothered” can often be heard in my head! So now I have no choice showing that using friends to reignite your energy works….watch out for my very public diet, and if you have let yourself go then why not join us!
