Bouncebackability!
This week I am feeling so much better this week. Last week was such a hard week, I could not see anything positive in my
life, I felt so low. Well, today I treated myself to a little lie in and then got up and decided that your mindset is up to you. I have chosen to be positive and looking at all the good things in my life - my family, my health, etc
What we need is to develop our bouncebackability! We will feel down some weeks, and that is understandable but it is how we come through that is important.

The art of bouncbackability is a significant attribute in all areas of life and business. I am currently researching and developing a model for the art, I think it is an important skill set that should be more widely known! After all, life is all about ups and downs, why not get to the ‘other’ side with at least some good humour, and less pain?…

We all need a little bouncebackability now and again, through any of lifes setbacks. The road to recovery can be a steep hill to climb, with the right system, tools and mindset anyone can climb that mountain. A positive outlook is a good start, The R.A.S (reticular activation system) targets all your senses on what you are focusing on. If you are focusing on the problems, all you will see and notice is the problems. If however you focus you mind on finding solutions then the senses are tuned to finding those solutions, and find them you will.
