A life is for living
The older I get the more I appreciate the wonder of life, when you stop and think, isn’t it a fantastic gift! Life is here but a short time and even at times of crisis lets not forget what a gift we have been given. There is a quote from US Admiral Grace Hopper
“A ship in port is safe, but that is not what a ship is built for”
When I saw this quote I thought how true. We are given a heart to love with, and often once it is broken it is difficult to trust again. True it won’t ever be broken, but if you don’t allow yourself to love again you prevent your heart from doing what it does best…loving and caring.
