A broken heart hurts so much, and when you lose someone the grief can be all encompassing. However, 
remember this phrase a friend once told me that on the surface sounds cruel, but the meaning is 100% true.

Grief is natural, grief is difficult but you should not allow it to destroy your life.Your life is still precious and no matter how much you want to give up, keep going as one day you will smile again….
