3 Things that I want to Celebrate
After having a bad couple of weeks, last week I really tried hard to be positive. I am proud to say that over the last 10 days I have worked hard and feeling much more positive. The reason I am blogging about this, is part of celebrating my improvement - we often forget to say well done to ourselves! Also, to show others that if you really work hard, you can change your outlook, OK maybe not forever however it is great to have some relief from the grief and pain. So what are my
3 learnings
- I need to give myself short term goals and “make” myself focus on achieving them
- I need the company of people, more than I think
- I am capable of being happy, sometimes I may not want to however I can be again which is nice to know
