3 things I talk to myself about each day
The way we talk to ourselves is so important. Our self talk can so easily spiral us into depression. I “try” not to use words like can’t, won’t, if only, but, never etc Those words convince you that there is little hope and in reality hope is what we need, what we can hold on to, what gives us energy to face each day. So here are 3 things that I say - either out loud or in my head - each day
- I am proud of how I am coping and how I have handled the pain.
- I am glad that I have had the opportunity to love someone.
- I know that I will find happiness again and that I will deserve it when it comes.
How do you talk about yourself, how do you manage your sub conscious?

Unfortunately i haven’t learnt to manage my sub-conscious yet. The fact is that i feel down/depressed and my sub-conscious has the opportunity to kick me while im down so does. Im just starting to realise how shockingly shite life is, were born, we learn, we work, we retire when were too fucking old to relax and live how lifes and then we die!!. Doesnt that make you depressed just thinking about that statement. Im so lonely im a 20year old male balding and cant think of anything worse all though im 100% there is people suffering a whole lot more. How can i allow myself to think like this, is is such a waste of a life! OH and in case your wondering thats not my real name/email
