12.5m Americans Grieve Each Year
Ever felt that nobody really understood your pain, ever felt alone, ever felt that there was nobody to talk to? Well….you are not alone….
The Monitor has an article on grief which gave this fact
“Statistically, 12.5 million Americans are grieving a new death every year, Myers said. 
The problem is, American society doesn’t let people talk about it, he said.”
Grief, depression, sense of loss…..horrific feeling. But please know that you are not alone, that pain you are feeling is “normal”, it is natural……and it will soften, personally I don’t think you ever lose it, but you learn to live with it and also live again.
